LOL alright lets start planning this thing out. I was thinking the Pluckers at 5500 Greenville Ave Ste 406, Dallas, TX 75205. Its a little drive for me but its in northish Dallas which seems to be closer to you guys. I was thinking a Friday or Saturday night like 1830-2230? just an idea. Honest thoughts?

I can say that the food there is pretty darn good. I have been there once, I use to work right by it. It was a little pricey, but so is any good bbq. We can always attend more than one.
Very true. I wasn't meaning that we couldn't also set up 1 of our own as well. I was just pointing that out when I learned about it in case it would also work for some of us. I'm genuinely thinking of going even though it's a bit of a drive from Plano, where I'm at.
A lot of places? normally quality and price normally go hand in hand
There's a great izakaya up in Plano that's not too expensive and has good food and is open till 2am.

I've never heard of izakaya before, but Plano is always shifting which restaurants are where it seems. Then again, I've been here for the last 30 years, so maybe it just seems that way to me like it would to an old tree.
I understand entirely. I'm both going with the flow while helping with ideas where possible since my schedule is so flexible.
