The Ministry of Propaganda and Recruitment - Update

Since the recent activation of the Ministry of Propaganda and Recruitment(The MoPaR) and my joining to the sub org as Russian's 2nd in command ideas have been springing forth and out on how to get more people into the org and therefore have more fun in the Persistant Universe. You have already seen at least one example of this collaboration in the way of the TESTcon [CONCERN] level chart and our daily [CONCERN] updates on the rogress of the next State of the Squadron Video.

Those of you who pre-ordered it, the bare chested Montoya State of the Squadron version, will not be made due to difficulties with the main actor. We're sorry but no refunds will be given.

Expect contests and events as the year progresses. Already at least 2 are in the works if we can find that Montoya guy and talk to him to see what he thinks so be on the lookout for those in the near future. Most contests will *hopefully* include good prizes to make them worthwhile to try and events will be done for the maximum lolz generation factor to show off our serious fun.
