Confirmed. Apparently that's one of the original packages from way back in 2014 and it did indeed only come with 6 month insurance. Seems most people had to buy CCUs to that package to bump it up to LTI. So stupid...

Yep, I bought it back from buyback and melted it again in 2016

im afraid the only phoenixes with LTI were ccu'd
and, well, good luck finding one that someone doesn't want waaaaay more than asking price for.
i do have one from anniversary 2017 in buyback, with 60m insurance, and one from anniversary 2018 with 72 in my normal hangar
i could sell you either of those.
you're probably best just waiting for the anniversary sale, tho
it's not too difficult to snag one

Thanks, man. I really appreciate the offer. I suspect you and others are right - I'm probably better off waiting for the anniversary. Might get more insurance out of it too. Was hoping someone had an Emerald LTI or Ursa+Emerald LTI warbond package laying around.
