Kind of... but that doesn't sound very pirate like when you say it out loud. Say "Are you kidding me" ... but elongate the pronunciation of "Are" so it's a second or more longer. Then say just the "Are" part... The longer you've been a pirate, the longer you can make it. the e is dropped because it's just an unnecessary extra.
