What exactly would happen if I melted my Ursa Rover Fortuna?

Okey so I get that I wouldn't get the fortuna skin back if I came to regret this decision, but what about the LTI token? Would I still be able to buyback that?
I've come to realize that I don't much care for the ground vehicles at this point, not for the ursa anyhow, although I like how it fits most ships cargo hold.
But I think as far as initial investments go, my money would be better spent bumping up my main ship to a better one.

Any experiences melting these skinned LTI tokens, that present the big red warning

I "think" you will be able to buy it back with skin but I haven't tried. Any ccu's applied will be lost.

Hmm interesting, I suppose you will be able to buy it back as a standard Ursa with LTI token, only difference will be the skin that will be the standard one...
Better ask about htat directly to CIG's support, just in case that have change how this things are handled...

If you have a limited availability item, wouldn't you be better selling it on ebay? I think you would get more rather than less for it.

Fortuna is not a limited object and it is not a skin, it is a different colored Rover that is it..
Those limited packs where sold very early in the backing of SC.. as far as I know they don't sell limited packs like that any more.

It's a standard warning, you get that warning regardless what you melt...

If you melt it, it will end up in your buyback and you get credits for it you can use to buy something else with...**

If you want it back you can just add some more fresh cash and buy it back when ever you want it back or use buyback token with credits to buy it back.
And you get it back exactly as it is before you melt it with the LTI and all that come with it.

I got several Fortuna in my buyback... there is nothing complicated about it ;)
