Would melting benefit me

i have the escort pack and I’ve ccu all ships but the hammer head. My current fleet is

i want to keep the HH, Cat and warden, the rest are just there for now.
I want to eventually get the carrack and nautilas

is it better for me to melt this pack worth $1,765 if melted and buy the explorer pack and ccu them ships to where I want to be ? Or am I best staying as I am ?

I would personally wait until you know what ships are available during the expo, as you can't currently get the warden or HH as upgrades.
Or melt, buy beer!

I have the warden on buy back also so I can always get that back

Possibly melt. The Exploration pack has a Carrack, and the value of the pack vs the ship value is a difference of $265 USD at the moment. You could upgrade the Terrapin and DUR to Cat and Warden. As for the HH, you could either upgrade the Carrack (now worth 500 on the upgrade) or you could keep it and buy a second Exploration pack and upgrade that Carrack, as well as have a Terrapin to upgrade to a future Nautilus (if it's available to upgrade).

Well, you can own as many packs as you want. If you have the funds, you can simple buy that Exploration pack twice, and use the expensive ass Carrack to save yourself 100 bucks upgrading to the HH or Nautilus.

The package costs 695, but its upgrade value is 960. That means you can literally take 265 off the pricing to upgrade to those higher level ships.

None at all,

i've a plane to upgrade a carrack to the nautilas as the HH is a loaner apparently for it and further down the line i'll upgrade some other ship to the HH.

Just been introduce to the polaris though so my heads all over the place now
