we should expect a balancing pass, eh?

Probably: lower maneuverability so worse aim vs small fast-moving targets as fighters, and be torpedo fodder.

I still don't see anything that says if this handles like a Arrow, or an Eclipse, and it makes ALL the difference.

Judging by its components it has 2 main and 14 mav which would give it more agility and less acceleration than compared to a Vanguard with 6 main and fewer maneuvering thrusters. This is just a guess as manufacturer thrust etc are different for each manufacturer. Like how MVSA on vanguard has different DPS values than compared to a regular S2
