Just wanted to point people's attention to the updates at Hardpoint. No idea if they're in game yet, but HP is listing new stealth components that appear much superior to the stock aboard birds like the Sentinel. In particular, the new S2 stealth components include the "Nightfall" cooler, and the "Eclipse" reactor. Replacing the stock with these reduces the Sentinel's already low EM signature greatly. Also note the Sheut shield that comes with the Sentinel now has the highest refresh rate of any S2 shield--almost 10% higher than the FR-76 that had been the highest. It has half the shield capacity of the latter, but it has such a low sig, you could choose to leave it on in stealth mode. I would not, but this is now a plausible option. Also note that if you replace the Sentinel's six S2 weapons with Sledges or Scorpions, and the chin mounted S4 with a Revenant, you could choose to leave some or all of these on in stealth mode. Again I would not, but you could choose to, and if you were drifting a Hoplite BUK on a Sentinel frame up to a target for boarding, having the top turret active could be wise. Same if you're operating in stealth mode on a terrestrial surface.
BTW, has anyone yet got to checking if the Nox will fit in any/all of the Vanguards?
