As the title states, looking to get a pack for my friend's birthday. LTI or not I'm just looking to save some $$$. Would any of you happen to have seen one ~$100?

I surf the Grey Market fairly regularly, and going to be blunt here: it's going to be nigh-impossible to get a Digital Colonel for under 200 USD. The melt value alone was 110 USD. They usually go for ~220.

Nope. From now on, you have to by individual module passes (Arena Commander, PU, FPS, Social) as they come out. The Alpha just gives you access to each of them automatically.
