Of all the things this game offers, this one is probably the least important to 99.9% of the players, yet keeps on getting media attention because... bullshit gives clicks.

lol i feel its an unnecessary feature. why does it mater if you are a girl or guy in a game let alone why does it mater how big your HUHA lips or winger dinger is.

Hey, if I want my character to have tatas and still be able to write my name in the snow that's my prerogative.
They didnt insert snow writing privileges in the game though so your are out of luck both ways. and i dont think noodle size is going to affect the size of lettering or ease of use.

The entire point of cyberpunk, cybernetic augmentations, and the counterculture seedy criminal underbelly that the players start out in is to change yourself into who you want to be.
Being able to be a trans character is absolutely fitting for a game where you can opt to have your arms replaced with giant swords and have projector eyes. It also literally doesn't effect you unless you want it to.
