Ok, I've got that heavy armor in the PTU (I assume that's it - Novalik or something?) But I am don't have any of the polar vortex jackets (subscriber), the 2949 CitizenCon suit, the 2948 CitizenCon duster. And I'll double check, but I don't think I have them in the PU either.

It's Novikov "Expo", Owl, and you would find it in your personal inventory in-game in the undersuit section. It is actually a heavy armor (40% protection) with the backpack attached to it, and a helmet (also 40%). So, it's basically all of these:
FYI, haven't had time to read everything, but the news is now they do NOT want you deleting and re-copying your account to the PTU...they want you to do that character reset.
About a week before the 3.9 PTU was opened to Wave 1, I was forced to do a character reset. I'd joined a streamer that's a friend of mine for her to explore my 890J, near the end of her stream, I logged off in the Captain's bed. She landed the ship on Microtech & stepped outside to look around. The moment she stepped off the lift, the ship vanished behind her even though I had unlocked the ship & let her fly it around for a while. She was piloting the ship as I logged out, so I figured that would effectively loan it to her until either of us logged in next. Oops. So I logged back in to bring the ship back to rescue her, but when I loaded in, I was in a crew person's bed & nothing I could do would let me leave the bed. I even logged out completely a couple times for various lengths of time to see if that was the issue, but nope, each time, same problem. So I filed a bug report before requesting the character reset.
Thanks all for everybody's help...I finally logged in yesterday into the PTU and my stuff seems to be there. Looking back, I can't tell if I just might have been stupid...my stuff was all there, and so was my top hat...it has been so long since I wore civilian / "street" clothes in the game (due to the unfortunate suffocating 12 times in a row in my hab at A18, before I got the Mobi button presses down to get my suit back on) that I haven't bothered trying to get my stuff on...
If I'm not mistaken while I wake up, wouldn't that make it an "open bar"? Cheers!

Dunno about crystal clear. There's was a hell of a snowstorm at the time I was there, a couple days ago. Was magnificent!
I'm mainly referring to when inside at NB & you look up through the glass ceilings how the skies are sometimes so clear that you can watch I believe it's Port Tressler the space station overhead.

Heads up is exactly where you need to look in game while in the areas with the glass ceilings. Often you can see the space station to some degree during the day, but usually even better at night.
They stated last week that the Stinger armor will be coming later in the year.
