So basically all the LTI you could ever want, even for existing ships (under $65) like that referral reward Merlin, for just $4 usd a pop. On top of that you're getting a discount token for upgrading cheap ships to $80-$100 range

My biggest problem has always been that my game package ship didn't have LTI on it, but it had some ancient stuff bundled that I didn't want to lose. Well then, now I can upgrade that to LTI as well.

I got absolutely no idea, perhaps there was a bug when applying taxes and it generated a discount instead? No idea.

If it's a warbond CCU, it'll keep the LTI. I purchased a heap of 315P to Warbond Nomad CCU's. From there, after using it on a stock 6mth insurance 315P, I can pick up any ship (worth more than the Nomad), and have LTI.

It adds the item "Lifetime Insurance" to the package. It then behaves like a normal insurance item on the package to best of my knowledge, should be the same deal as with the IAE insurance last year:

As you can see, my Starfarer is extremely well insured.
(Only the LTI counts here though, I don't get 3 starfarers back for every one lost :thump:)

Nice catch! I have packages I'm upgrading that already have LTI, but I can save $10 a pop on them since it upgrades them to $80. Already did an Cyclone RN>Nomad for $5 for the package, but no idea if that vehicle is sold year round.

BTW, I'm going from a Cyclone as part of the Mega Exploration Pack all the way to a Reclaimer with various warbond ccus.
Cyclone>Nomad>Ballista>Cutlass Blue>Andromeda>Vanguard Hoplite>Warden>Banu Merchantman>Reclaimer. All for $220.
Saving about $180 since the Cyclone is practically free from the pack. :glorious:
