Just do whatever you think makes EVE exciting. Roaming gangs, large fleet battles, incursions, whatever you normally do. I just wouldn't recommend video of a freighter on auto-pilot going from Minnie space to Jita, unless that's your thing, in which case stream the shit out of that.
