What about the 8 holes (2*4) each side of the cockpit? 2*4 missiles? At some point in the video you certainly see pointy things inside those hole tubes.

I love its looking, but that will depends on its stats.

Hmm….from that 3D model it looks like it’ll have 8 guns. 4 wingtip and a Quad turret setup. If they’re size 3s as rumored….that’s a lot of firepower.

A part of me finds it funny that if I'm able to pick it up (depending on its price), I'll be purchasing 1 heavy fighter to move closer to obtaining another that that is much more difficult to obtain officially. Woot!

Something tells me that this will be a reasonable alternative for players who can’t get the F8 Lighting.

It has 8 guns.
Let's say they're all S2 with no restrictions on what gun you can pick.
S2 Hellion overclocked is 1350 dps. You could get 10k DPS out of it, though you do have to get close as Hellion is a scattergun, and it's ballistic so you'd only have 160 full salvos (combined 691200 damage).
But it seems like a rather nimble fighter anyhow, so getting close shouldn't be an issue, and you'd be absolutely shredding everything.
Dominance-2 scatterguns would be 935x8=7480 dps, but then you got to get the shields fully down etc. while with 8x ballistic scatterguns you might even take out some smaller components with maybe even the first salvo or two. (Each salvo is 4320 damage, some components have just couple hundred HP, so you could get lucky against a smaller ship)

Anyhow, this will definitely be interesting and can possibly churn out some real damage. I used to run around with Reliant just because it has 6 guns and it can easily take out Connies etc. you encounter in missions. Scorpius seems like pretty much just a direct upgrade from that.

With 8 guns, you can make 4 of them Distortion cannons / repeaters & the other 4 anything else. Which would shred through the shields & systems like jello to leave them mostly helpless to your demands.

I'm guessing there are 4 S2 wing guns and 4 S2 turret. Scorpions all around is 2,540 DPS. The Vanguard with 6 Scorpions and 1 M7A is 2925, and has greater range.

But. . ."revolutionary rail-mounted remote turret". . .this is a single pilot ship. The original shot shows a Scorpius flying forward in the background and apparently a Scorpius firing backward in the foreground. It looks like the entire turret moves fore and aft depending upon where you want those extra 4 guns! In the shot at time index 1:57, the background ship is missing the turret because it has the turret moved back on the rail and like the foreground bird is firing at pursuers. Very cool. This would seem especially well suited for an escort vessel.

Will it have bed, head and galley? Too many questions. . .

I will own it seems the most purtifullest of all the fighters. I really love the design. It would take me a lot though, to talk me out of the Sentinel with the Harby module.
