Industry Leaderboards 3.15

Hey TESTies!

3.15 brings a lot to the game that supports industry gameplay!

• 30k Heartbeat feature
  • The risk of losing a full load of cargo to a 30k is greatly reduced.
  • I have tested this feature out with cargo and ship inventory, and it is AMAZING. I have yet to test with mining, but I assume it should be the same.
• BIG WIPE
  • 3.15 sets us all back to 0, meaning we have a reason to grind again and gain some aUEC.

Due to all this, we will be bringing back the Mining leaderboards we used to hold and adding refining and cargo to it.

With this being said, who would be interested in participating in monthly leaderboards to see who are our top TESTies end up being?!
