Established in 2010 Smitty’s Brew Haus has been the premier Brewery for over 941 years. What started as a hobby has grown into distributing many varieties of beer through the Empire. Smitty’s Brew Haus began in small store front in New York City. It’s found Fredrick Smith started this brewery as a memento to his to his family who had worked in Germany for Spaten in the 1850’s and then for Piel’s Brewery after immigrating to the United States. Fredrick used his family recipes and began to create staples that New Yorkers of all creeds enjoyed. In 2750 Robert Smith was approached by Origin Jumpworks to create a flagship beer for the company to be paired with their release of 200 series of ship line. The beer that was created by Robert Smith brought homage to Origin Jumpworks country of origin, Germany. Robert created a beer that adhered to the Reinheitsgebot, only using Water, Barley and Hops. The Origin Lager was created. To this day every newly delivered Origin Ship has been stock with this beer created by Robert Smith.
In 2913 with Origin Jumpworks moving its production from Earth to New Terra, Michael Smith was left with only one option. To move to New Austin or open a new brewery in New Austin to continue the relationship with Origin Jumpworks.
In 2915 Smitty’s Brew Haus open its first brewery off of earth in New Austin to continue its relationship with Origin Jumpworks. Charles Smith, Michael Smith’s brother was the Brew master to be the head of this endeavor. The beer that is brewed at the New Austin Brewery imports all hops and barley from Germany to continue the legacy of Origin Jumpwork’s home.
In 2944 Smitty’s Brew Haus was once again approached by a well-known organization to supply them with beer for their members, the Quasar Pale Ale was born. For the last 7 years the Quasar Pale Ale has been the official beer of Test Squadron, Smitty’s Brew Haus has continued to bring fresh and experimental beers to Test Squadron to try before going to the market.
In 2951 under the leadership of Kyle Smith, Smitty’s Brew Haus still supplies Origin Jumpworks with its one-of-a-kind brew and makes over 30 different styles of beer for the citizen of the UEE. Between its multiple breweries on Earth and on Terra it has been able to supply the empire with enough beer to claim one eight of all beer consumed. Unlike other breweries in the UEE Smitty’s Brew Haus does not use rice or any other fillers in their beer.
