You can't own Stormwals or Jumpgates! That's impossible, Sir! This guy's a phony!

Hangar link is nice. Missed that in the old fleet view. plus this has much better textures. Performance isn't that great though

I'm loving this. I'm not as impressed with the utility of how it can display a single player's holdings as it can a Task Force or Battle Group. I really think the ability to design a group play mechanic to illustrate to players what they're joining will be a great driver of group play into the future, and now we have a better tool to put the toys of any given group on display.

Since the Liberator was concepted I've been in love with the idea of fashioning a small attack group around it. I know some people have said they disagree with the notion and that's fine, but at this point I want to know what will actually fit. If you look at this snapshot you can see that 3 Eclipse, 9 Arrows and a Lancer MIS should all fit. (The MIS is docked with the ring collar.) The Arrows are shown on the top deck for clarity, but are intended to be stowed below decks and Eclipse all across the top. You can plainly see all 12 ships will fit even with their wings extended, given the Arrows are not too tall with wings folded. If so, then M50's will have to suffice. I would not have guessed 9 Arrows could fit in the Lib's interior, but it never occured to me to fill the empty space inside the split tail with the nose of another Arrow. These are the kinds of insights you can't guess at without a visual representation. And yes, I noted you might actually be able to store 12 Arrows inside the Lib. That's a cause for some wonder and excitement. The Lib has to have sufficient life support for this since it has 16 jump seats.

Also note the lower deck is empty right by where the munitions are stored along the starboard side of the Lib. With the Arrow wings folded, and that space empty, there should be ample room to load munitions.

I'll bet there are lots of other uses for this viewer. Best I've seen yet. Kudos to StarJump for another top shelf accomplishment.

So here's a closeup of the Polaris bay. This seems a decent choice if you're out hunting Vanduul in their space. Razors are good against Vanduul fighters but really what you want are spotting ships that can search for Harvesters, Void Bombers and even Marauders, and keep them lit up so the Polaris can target them from 30 km away. That requires a ship fast enough to stay within 20 km or so without the Vanduul fighters shooting it down, and of course you want them to be able to shepherd the torps in to get them past the fighter screen, and even take a couple hits from the targets defensive guns instead of them killing the torps. Mantis for making targets of opportunity. Don't need more than this but if it turns out we can cut the wings off the Razors and not destroy any thrusters, they should perform the same in space and take up much less room. Not very different from how the PBYs flew off ships in a radial pattern to find targets during WWII, but with modern shared radar targeting thrown in.
