Cannot log in to the webpage.

I understand there is an issue where some people cannot log into he account webpage stretching back a few years. I have experienced this for the first time the last few weeks.
I have even downloaded Firefox as a workaround but now cannot log in there either.

is there a way to fix this issue? I have cleared the history, cache, wiped the DNS and others I found online but I am now "locked" out of my account

I'm guessing that you're referring to the RSI account? I'd see if there's a customer service number that can be called since you can't log in to report the issue online.

Yea the RSI page. I've sent an email to cust serv but not had a reply yet after a couple days. I'll wait it out a bit and keep trying some fixes.

Even being a space whale using concierge support, I've had it take several weeks to hear back from CIG when something is going on that's keeping them busy such as the ILW, IAE, Alien week, etc

Yea I am not expecting a fast reply. As long as it gets fixed fairly soon I'll be ok with that.
