Was rewatching the updates to orgs. I’m wondering if the org guild affiliation will warrant creating secondary orgs that are affiliated with the other guilds. So pick a guild for the main org, create sub orgs to pair with the other guilds. Then mark all of them as allies. This would probably allow access to high end guild items (blueprints etc) faster. The system still lets everyone switch back when a large scale event needs everyone back home.

LoL Silly me, I was thinking this was about Org alliances & some of us being affiliates. I was going to happily volunteer my decade old, self made small Org to be an alliance member with TEST, since both of its active members are also in TEST already.
For an ORG of the size of our own, we could create sub orgs within and split them up in divisions. So we would have a engineer division, a medical division, a combat division etc.. ALL run by a commander as such and all reporting to the main ORG.

It might get complicated. Per the org tools, special permissions are given based on your status within the org. If you are not in TEST as a main, then you do not get access to a lot of stuff.
What if we are ALL in TEST main but our affiliate is the sub division org? this way we can gain all perks and be a part of the main unit on the whole but we can then go and concentrate on our own divisions and "answer the call" when the ORG has a big event such as pvp raids etc
We will find the best way to navigate all that closer to the time when the tools are available. We have been through the whole sub-division drama a few years ago already, it gets messy when too many people start planning for things that are not in the game just yet!

I hereby give my advice to call all affiliated orgs Icles.
They will hang below Test Squadron and help valance our guild affiliations.
Then they will be known in the Universe as Test Squadron Icles or in short TEST-IC........
