In the Hull B Q&A they said that even though the hull B has a max of 1 person that only applies to the amount of beds. They said that it would have to seats and one bed. my question is then in ships like the stock freelance will you be able to have more than 2 people because there are i think 4 seats?

Lancer can comfortably fit 6-8 people. It has two beds, 4 chairs, and the two little side things (Though, that might just be on the DUR).... Or does it have 4 beds. I can't remember.

From what I read beds are required to log out safely, and crew capacity is just the number of controls/interactive seats there are. I get the impression that standing room is a thing. So party in the back of the mustang beta!

I think the restriction will be using jump points. I recall reading somewhere that everyone needs to be sitting in a 'jump seat' for that. So you might be able to cram 10+ people into your lancer, you may be restricted to in-system activities.
