Man, if you aren't jonsing for immediate cash, I may yet pick up that vanguard. It won't be for a couple 2-3 weeks though. At that price I imeagine it'll go pretty quick on ebay since they seem to be going for much more than that (w/LTI) on the gray market subreddit.
