So, they moved stuff around but your old custom user.cfg-file will still work.

Just put it in StarCitizen\Public\Data

Note that the game.cfg is now also located there.

And now the USER folder show up also.. so putting it in there also works? Okaaay, so the USER folder might contain copies of files from the Data folder.. would make sense since the USER folder can be wiped whenever.
