Star Citizen Hotas - Who's going to get one?

I'll very likely pick up that High-end one, especially if it's got an analog thumbstick on the throttle. That completely eliminates my need for a second stick on the left hand! And damn, that's sexy as hell...

Really hoping CIG is putting enough pressure on them to be absolutely certain the build quality is as good as it gets.

When you say "Absolutely certain the build quality is as good as it gets" I immediately think of the one they unveiled that was lopsided and had a collapsed red carpet floor. WTF was that all about? MadCatz.

You know, if TEST is willing to bite the bullet and help me pick up a unit of that high end HOTAS, I'd be willing to review it for everybody - function, form, usability, utility value in various contexts for Star Citizen, etc...

I would leave no stone unturned.

Expect the biggest gods-damned wall of text ever to grace the realm of TEST Squadron.

Of course, that's a big if.

I'm gunna pick one up, I have never used a hotas set up before and I've been putting it off because I couldn't make up my mind on what to pick up. My as well get one specifically made for the game.

I'm going to see what bundles they offer and if the high end one will hook up to the keyboard too... The X65 seemed to sell for around $400 so that might be the price of the high end set up... if so I'm going to list the high end suit as my only wedding gift lol
