Other variations of translation are: "meatballs" and "croquettes".
(however, croquettes are simply bitterballs in a more cylindrical shape)

I am giving my preference to "bitterballen" or "bitterballs" for the name of this group.
Croquettes if you really don't like bitterballs.

we need to think of actual positions to fill. So far off the top of my head; leaders/commanders, pilots (both multi-crew and single player ships), escorts, gunners, science, auxiliary ship/rover pilots, engineers?.

I think we should call the escorts as interns as they are disposable and will not be missed ;)

Personally I'd like to find jump points, derelicts, asteroid bases, and alien wrecks.

Jump points and the asteroid bases, depending on how they plan them, I would give locations for the org to profit from.

The wrecks and derelicts would be for personal gain.

Oh also I want to find fish for my tank.

I don't know and I think that's the best part. Anything out of the ordinary? Jumpoints and resources are a no brainer for the glory of TEST. But honestly who knows what will be out there.

So it looks like we are pretty much still on the same page around here haha, I just wanted to make sure these kind of things are floating through your minds so when it comes time to explore we keep an eye on them :)

I want to find new and interesting stellar phenomena. I want to find areas rich with resources so other TESTies can harvest them too and grow rich. I want to find decades-old derelict star ships, offering riches and risks to those who dare to tread their long-forgotten decks. I want to spend time scanning the depth of space, searching for that flicker of signal that promises to reveal a new jump point to a wholly new and unexplored system. And most of all, I want to do all of this with other TESTies, so that when we find that beer nebula, that jump point to the planet of martinis, that long-lost Hull-E that carried the finest wines from a dozen star systems, we all get to celebrate our victory together.
