After watching State of the Squadron 11, I figured I might as well gather up some basic information to see what people bought.

As of right now, I have a ENDEAVOR DISCOVERY-CLASS - LTI with the telescope array pod and possibly the landing bay to use as a cargo hauler (Q &A said that half the bay could hold 4500 FU of cargo)

I figure this would be really helpful with scanning space for astroid belts /jump points and intergalactic beer stores

I wish I could get one, but at least I know people who bought them :P so I will just have to vanguard for them. So what options did you guys buy for yours?

Planning to get the base model after all Q&A's have been posted. The pods are nice, but I think they're kind of pie in the sky right now, and I don't want to lock myself into something that hasn't been fully fleshed out, yet. Plus, I'd have to melt my Super Hornet, and I'd prefer to keep that.

I was thinking a tad ambitiously for my operation.
I wanted to provide a supply station, for medical, overclocking, and consumption needs 24/7, parking this fleet somewhere near or within our sector of space.

I don't know if this is possible yet, or even needed, so I'll wait for CIG to provide more information on game mechanics first.
However if such a fleet is possible to run with my supervision, and even while I'm offline, I'll need a lot of crew members and escorts 24/7.
Hopefully NPCs will be smart enough to fill most of the positions.

I hope we get some NPCs in the mini PU so we can get some idea of what they are capable of.

I was going to go with the master set +1 bio dome.... but then I remembered that the Crucible is coming :(
It's not fair.... I'm trying to figure out how to sneak $350 under the radar. I'm supposed to be a responsible family guy....

Okay, made the buy! Got the Master Set. Figuring out the setup to run with should be fun.
or a headache

in theory, the olymic class should be able to fit a fuel pod... or maybe a crew station in the middle slot, as they should be small enough to not hit the domes

Good thing I only have 1 bio dome, then. :D

Arguably, you might also be able to have a hanger with the olympic, since it is underslung.

you can come farm on my ship.... if it makes to to release /melting for the next shiney
Would be fun to be a farmer for a bit. yeah. With 4 domes and a landing bay you could have a small army of field workers and pilots constantly ferrying to the nearest brewery.

Is it just me or do the ships just keep getting shinier and shinier now that we're not mostly seeing combat craft but ships intended for more laid-back gaming? I want each one more than the previous one.
