Hello (other?) Pilots!
Where you from stranger? I'm originally from North Eastern Ohio, USA. Currently located in Cincinnati.
What drew you to Star Citizen? Liked the concept, have played other MMOs and wanted something that could combine freespace with that experience.
What do you look forward to most in Star Citizen? (PVP, Exploration, etc) Oddly enough the idea of citizenship was really interesting to me alongside with the exploration of a 'large' sandbox. I have some sort of weird fantasy centered between star trek and firefly in my head.
What was the first [video] game you remember playing? Duck Tales NES, which I recently finished the remastered version. I got that game during a snow emergency in 1989/1990. The whole state was shut down and my uncle broke the snow-restriction to drive it down from Cleveland.
What other games do you play? I currently play a lot of titanfall, skyrim, and Battlefield 4.
Picard or Kirk? In the words of Will Smith as Agent Kay in MIB, Kirk is "old and busted" and Picard is the "new hotness." Although I'm not sure Picard would survive a trouble with tribbles, I think we all saw the tribble assassination attempt on picard in "When the Bough Breaks."
What else should you know? When I'm not playing video games I'm brewing beer. I like to name the beers after the random BS that fills up my time. e.g. I just brewed a beer called "Commander Sherpard's Favorite Beer on the Citadel." For those wondering it was a clone of a local beer called Galaxy High.
