Boy, do I have a suggestion for you!

Try out Star Conflict. F2P on steam, great space sim. it's a third person dogfighting game, but it's still cool. And, it doesn't matter what ship you have, it's easy to get kills. Want new ships? Just earn credits and buy 'em.
