Glorious propaganda leader RussianJ has one. I now have one too. To keep the war cold, we need our own to match the military might of the Soviets (yes, I know, RussianJ is from the US).

What am I talking about? A Javelin-Class Destroyer of course! I was (un)lucky enough to acquire one during the latest sale, and while the PU is relatively far away, I feel it can't hurt to start some preliminary planning at least.

So, the point of this post is simple: find people with interest in both helping get her combat ready and then crewing her when the time comes. I'm an ex-military guy, but I also like to joke around, drink, and all around have fun. So basically my philosophy is sort of like a drunken roam in EVE: let's have some beers, goof off, whatever, but when a fight comes our way, let's get down to business.

Things change and there's way too many variables to lock anything down at this stage, but I'd at least like to form the basis for whom her regular crew might be come PU. Of course, any are welcome at any time; we will need bartenders and bar patrons! But, I'd like to have a few trusted individuals in mind that want to regularly man the stations.

So, if you're at all interested in possibly joining up with me and my Jav, let me know here, find me in Discord, let's play some 2.0/2.1 together, etc. Just let me know you're interested and what you're interested in doing aboard the Jav. All I'm looking for at this point.

I'm thinking this, but with the entire TEST fleet.

You have your jet skis (single-seaters), your smaller ski/wake boarding boats (small multi-crew), your larger 24'+ cruisers (large multi-crew), and then your giant, way-too-big-for-a-lake houseboats (Idris and Javelin). What do they all have in common? People drink on them, duh!

The Javelins better come with plenty of anchor points. And by anchor points I don't mean docking collars. I mean good 'ole fashioned tie downs with rope. Rope tie downs work in space right? What about when space waves hit? Are there going to be designated "no wake" zones? Oh my good, too many things to consider. I'll just drink and forget about it.
