Games to Look Out for in 2016

The new deus ex looks cool, I think it's coming out this year.

Oh damn I totally forgot about the new Deus Ex, so pumped for that game.

- No Man's Sky (PS4)
- Dark Souls III
- Doom
- Lost Ark (Diablo-killer game, developped by Koreans)
- Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
- Squadron 42

What about Ubisoft games?
Tell 'em they can go f**k themselves for what they did to "Watch_Dogs".

It's supposed to be out this year. I don't remember the release date off the top of my head. There's quite a few that are coming out this year that I'd like to get my hands on.

Assuming I remember I'll try and look up the YouTube video that I saw with some awesome 2016 releases. There's a couple on there that didn't make these lists.

Some or most of these might not release in 2016 but they are still games to look out for:
- Escape from Tarkov
- Overwatch
- Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord
- The Division
- Dishonored 2
- Kingdom Come: Deliverance

I want to see The Division that was planned in the early announcements. From what I have seen this is a shell of that. It could still be a great game.

I pretty much expect the division to completely disapoint me but I'm looking forward to it anyway.

I'm mainly waiting for dlc for Fallout 4, which comes this year.

I stand corrected. After watching a few videos and going back to the ones from my mind from 2 years ago it has not changed soo much. But the game I was expecting was less Destiny more GTA 5. Perhaps the Destiny bitterness has clouded my judgement.

Getting stoked for Xcom 2 and Long War modders have started their own studio which sounds promising. I expect to be spending a ridiculous amount of time under the boot heel of alien tyranny very soon.
Thanks for this thread. A lot of these games look really interesting but my New Years resolution was to not to pre-order so much this year. Wish me luck, I think I'll need it.

Please dont buy total war. They are giving away pre-order races for free then making those who dont pre-order it forced to pay for it. You would be paying for a completed race. Horrible horrible marketing tactics being as it would force you to pre-order the game before you know if it is even good.

I was a huge fan of Total War for years. Played most of them up till Rome2. It's ridiculous having to spend 60 bucks on a game, then have to pay extra to unlock different factions. Seriously greedy marketing if you ask me.

Not only that they dumb down the amount of actual strategy in the game. The AI is useless so they allow the game to cheat to try balance it out. Ghost spawn 20 stack elite armys, civil war, great divide etc.

I didn't even bother playing Atilla and I won't play warhammer either. They put too much emphasis on releasing DLC rather than delivering a good game. Shogun 2 is still the best TW game in my opinion.... It all went downhill after that

Edit: If you want a good warhammer strategy game, I highly recommend Dawn of war. It's been around a while so it's dirt cheap on steam. One of the best strategy games of all time.

Really looks like fun, but I heard that it is just 4 vs 4 + AI? First I thought it would be something like 10-20 vs 10-20. Would be much more fun IMO
