I just tried it again at work's basic DELL membrane keyboard and got this:

I'll try again when I get home to see if mechanical keyboard really is easier to type with (says 0 wrong words, but that's because I backspaced and corrected them... probably could have gotten 100 without a typing [more like space bar] mistake... yeah will never happen... especially when going THAT fast)

That's hardly a scientific test. Energy levels, concentration, distractions, and so on can all have an effect on this kind of test. Ideally to prove one is faster than the other, have both the keyboards in one place on the same PC, run the test 2-3 times with each keyboard, then average out the scores and compare.
