What if we are ALL in TEST main but our affiliate is the sub division org? this way we can gain all perks and be a part of the main unit on the whole but we can then go and concentrate on our own divisions and "answer the call" when the ORG has a big event such as pvp raids etc

For an ORG of the size of our own, we could create sub orgs within and split them up in divisions. So we would have a engineer division, a medical division, a combat division etc.. ALL run by a commander as such and all reporting to the main ORG.
