Brand New install again after i had problems so no such folder atm haha

I did reinstall the launcher but no go. It still crashes after you press launch game and goes to crash handler I did change one thing and that was upgrade to windows 10 from windows 7. I thought this was an issue too so reinstalled the SC patcher in a new location and redownloaded the game...

No its not PTU anymore. Its the live version now, and I have verified the files about 10times now and each time it updated something. Once it updates and says ready to launch if you go into verify again it will update something again. like the picture attacted below.
