Just as a sidenote, a small hint, if you will.
This here is why you might try to steer yourself towards using your words more when trying to get whatever your point is across, instead of just barfing video embeds into the forum.
Because, believe it or not, not everyone has the patience or inclination to blind click on things without knowing what the fuck it is that is supposed to be there.
Another thing you might believe or not, I have now wasted 3 minutes of my life on a subject (this thread and the contents therein) that upon closer inspection I care less about than the popes fucking left nut.
So I implore you, please, be more considerate of overworked, tired old me and use words.

I'm thinking even if she is out of the loop, considering how long it actually takes to make movies and TV shows from the first pitch to picking it up and getting it made, it will take at least 3-5 years for it to show, most likely more.

Change at Disney sounds like a good thing .... unless it gets worse. At this point I've largely tuned out Star Wars. It's gonna take a major shift to get me interested again. I'm feeling that the Star Wars story may have been told. There's better Sci Fi ideas out there that would benefit from studio investment at this point. What Star Wars story are you still looking forward to?

LucasFilm would make alot of us Star Wars Legends fans ecstatic if they would bring on Michael Stackpole as a writer for the shelved Rogue Squadron series.
I’m still looking forward to Ahsoka 2 and Endor 2. I’d be thrilled if they rethought Rogue Squadron or Rangers of the New Republic. The character Ezra Bridger deserves his own series. I wouldn’t mind if they focused their converging series notions all on the Thrawn trilogy period and used a bit more of the books. It would be interesting to see a couple seasons with Luke and Mara Jade. I’d like to see stories of more Jedi who survived Order 66. I’d like to see more Ventriss. This is all focused in a small portion of the SW timeline, where the good guys are rebels. I don’t think they should depart from that portion of the formula the way they did with Acolyte.
I’d like to see a story in the Thrawn timeline that focuses on the Sentinels, and especially the Shadow Sentinels who can mask their force powers, and who hunt Sith artifacts for destruction, and the Sith themselves. I’m a big fan of the Shadow Sentinel concept found in the Fantasy Flight TTRPG games.
Writers often misunderstand the need to be new and different. I don’t think radically changing the setting is helpful. Each character is new and different. There’s no reason to confuse people by jumping times and the essential setting with the bad guys in control. There are a million stories to tell inside that setting.
I think Ahsoka was good, and it could get better. My concern is that at this point, no matter how good it is its audience has gotten fed up and wandered off. I think they need to create another huge moment like when Luke rescues Mando, Grugo, etc. That scene had all the audience cheering like madmen. If they can duplicate that somehow, maybe they can save the franchise. Maybe. The damage is so severe lots will never give it a chance in the future.
With Ahsoka, they could really cash in on a decade of storytelling if they can bring the Force Paragon station front and center. Ahsoka is unique that she left the Jedi Order because of their corruption, and when she cleansed a pair of corrupted light sabers and turned them white, that set her apart from all the other Jedi. We need to see where that leads her. She could succeed where Luke failed in rebuilding the Order.
