A stable mate for the Merlin and Archemedes? Or something a little different?

12 hour clock on that thing so only good on planets with a day/night cycle of 6 or 12 hours, unless it's a screen clock face and the numbers can be changed or everywhere runs on a UEE old earth UTC time zone regardless of day/night rythem..?

No clock hands on that timepiece so definitely a screen that can adapt to local time of that's possible or even desirable.

Reminds me of the Avenger so I'm expecting a very sleek body on this thing.

Well, it's out...
Light fighter. Looks very star wars inspired (prequel trilogy)
I remember seeing someone post (maybe @Montoya ) an Archimedes with two big gatling guns on it as a "funny"....and yet, somehow, this is exactly what this kinda looks/feels like.

Oooooooh. Ok I am not gonna lie I like it. I recon the 2 x S4 may get nerfed. But I still like it.

You may be correct, but I suspect they are going to be "bespoke" and that they won't have that much in the way of ammo. From another "it can deal the hits, but it can't take them" to mean it's also going to be a glass cannon. If this is the case, I am okay with the 2xS4, BUT, that's going to depend on what they do with ammo too.

That said, that "keel" is going to be knocked off by sooo many people trying to fly low and hitting the ground or some other protrusion.
