I personally don't do ketchup, I got an alergy when I was a teenager. I use malt vinegar instead. But I have to agree, bacon would be great with that.
And chocolate ice cream.

I'm taking notes here, my next meal shall be Hash Browns, Bacon and Chocolate ice Cream. With Salad.
Cora is a growing restaurant chain centered on Montreal but available nationally that has that as an option. But if you ever go to one of their establishments there's way more to eat than just bacon, maple syrup and something better than hash browns (but they may have that too) on the menu - it's worth exploring if you ever get to go to Canada. My best advice, arrive hungry.

And @NaffNaffBobFace I've never felt like eating chocolate ice cream after a visit to Cora's - but Loblaw's or Your Independent Grocer is your friend if that's what you want after finishing your meal.

I'm thinking the ice cream would be with the bacon, hash browns and salad to be consumed at the same time as one dish. Currently having issues picking up the ingredients (i'm lazy) but it just gives more time for suggestions, a glass of fermented fruit salad is added.

I see no problem with this. I'd probably change the Ketchup with HP sauce.
Cor, HP is nice.
Some 'off' brands are really good too, i have a preference for Branstons Rich and Fruity which is basically HP but a little richer, little less salty, and is excellent.
