Is that a bad thing? What if you cracked the window a little and had the fan set to draw air from outside? You'd have to leave the car running or use a battery charger and extension cable to keep the vents blowing.

Just stumbled onto this on the WTF subreddit while putting off going to class. Cooking meat in a hot car. I'd say this beats baking cookies in your car, I'd rather get off work and come to a car full of slow cooked meat. Hey @Montoya, how well do you think it would work to make Biltong in a hot car?
