Well you can't go wrong with either really it depends on your budget. My budget on my new build was tight so I went with the Ryzen 3700x. It's doing a good job way more powerful than my old I7 3770k. There's no doubt the i9 is the fastest especially if you overclock to 5 gig.

Try and go for 32gb ram if you can. SC uses more than 16GB even now let lone in a year or two time. Other than that looks ok. You can always upgrade the GFX card down the line to next gen one. Power supply is a bit low too it's fine as it is but i'd rather a 650w

I use FR76 on my prowler, freelancer, vanguard. High charge rate is more useful than a large pool of hit points which can not be recharged in time!
