It's a bonafide gunship even without cheating on the weapons. Fit 2xS4 repeaters and 2xS3 repeaters and get on out there and kill. Most ships you come across = dead in 5 seconds. Conny and Valkerie dead in 10 seconds. I have not used my Freelancer MIS once since I got my prowler!

It's deffo a good upgrade especially as you got a very good system. SC regularly uses 16+GB RAM here on my 6 year old PC, I have 24GB ram. Windows needs a fewer too. so 16 + 3 + more than 16. So if you are running on 16 you are losing performance for sure.

Yep- it's your CPU that's giving you the 60+fps. This game is so CPU bound you could run it on a GTX1050ti as long as you got an i9 9999k overclocked to 6000gigaquads.
