    I was actually asking for the gentleman tagged in the OP (@EVPilot), as he was just buying a brand new package. He says he did NOT receive the promo to add SQ42, which really chaps my ass, as I told him he would. Also, that's not a very smart business model, if you don't allow backers to upgrade.
