I prefer the Mustangs over the Auroras to be honest. We at TEST should respect the Mustangs speed, and lack of good armor. Makes for an all around superior ramming platform. Also Cutlass is best.

That has not been clarified, it's still up in the air. You get different characters/NPC slots, yes, but CIG has not confirmed that you can switch between them willy nilly. And honestly, I like it that way. Makes your actions have more repercussions.
