Don't own the 325a (300i subbing for my Avenger), but I can confirm that the Neutron guns on the Hornets nose do 0 damage, for me at least. I'd be surprised if the 325a missiles were really coded as properly as the 300i missiles.

I personally am looking forward to crewing ships almost as much as I am as flying them! As long as I get a fair cut of any profits/loot/salvage, you can always hit me up if you need a gunner/engineer on a multi-crew ship.
