I ended up finishing it and honestly, I wasn't a fan. The entire book felt like a slow burn up to a predictable ending with a not quite original concept. I guess it just wasn't my thing.
I have heard really good things about it. I'm just now slogging through American Gods and honestly not enjoying it so I may as well drop it and switch to this.
May be worse than a claymore, an airbag has an awful lot of kinetic energy and those stones are higher in mass than a claymore filler. Not to mention the close range. Either way, damn, they are having a bad day.
