From what I saw of the ship in the cit-con presentation there are 4 4xS3 racks which pop up from the fuselage, those caps have no known use at this point from what I can tell :like:, I think the jump seats are for when jumping system to system. No seat might mean bad injury or death for anyone...

I was wondering about those black caps on the shoulders, they look to be in just the right place (as long as you're not turning) for a couple of Torp launchers for a tech 5 upgrade or maybe a Starlancer MIS...?
