I have an Aurora. It's not the ES or the LN. It's the XXL but CIG just calls it the Polaris. Same ship though. Same views and everything. It just has a couple more guns and missiles... oh and standard things like a pool table, torpedoes, hangar, lounge, med bay, and washer / dryer combo.

You don't have to log in to download it. Just click the thing at the bottom of the download window that says "No thanks, continue to download".

If it means better networking, then yay. People are complaining that we only get 24 players on a map and that the netcode needs improvement. Why would we complain when CIG switches to a new engine that improves networking?

Since CIG already rewrote all of CryEngine for Star Citizen, it's not like they are using CryEngine anymore. I don't think switching to Lumberyard would be that hard, just time consuming. The 2.6 loading screen already says Lumberyard.

Well, the lack of any mention of modules has me a little disappointed. Triple confirmation that the front parking sensors are actually just parking sensors has me a little worried. At least it looks pretty and the 2 bigger turrets are actually quite nice.
