Titan Armor Information & Discussion/Theory - Titans Are Coming!

BTW it makes a good suspension test for a Hum-Vee. :)

Titan Armor Information & Discussion/Theory - Titans Are Coming!

Those are fun. :) It has a couple of choices for ammo. HVHE (High Velocity High Explosive (Fragmentation)), HVHEDP (High Velocity High Explosive Dual Purpose (Shape charge with a fragmentation sleeve) and HVWP (High Velocity White Phosphorous (Smoke, Incendiary and Fragmentation)). Note High...

    Farewell to the greatest.

His calm and collected voice under stress over comms is the ideal that every pilot and air controller strives to achieve. A great pilot and a great man.

    Operation: Borrow an Idris

It might be useful for some MPUV transports to transport the B team from the 890 and Carrack hangars.

Isn't the Reclaimer a bit slow?

They did. I did specify that would be for OP suits. :)

Titan Armor Information & Discussion/Theory - Titans Are Coming!

After rewatching The Expanse in preparation for Season 5, I thought about it and Gunnery Sergeant Draper's Armor is probably one of the best examples of what I would expect for Titan Suits. The other non-OP option would be the armor from Starship Troopers Traitor of Mars. (Same, non-Maruader...

It seems likely that a flight ready 400i is coming for Xmas

That's the original concept for the Nomad.

    400i Coming Soon™

I still think the Stealth 404 (ship not found) is a great idea.

Best In Show skins - 1 pack per type or 1 per ship owned?

I still think my Pices should also have a skin, since it is part of the Carrack.

IAE Sale Aftermath - Post your new fleet

The LTI Merlin becomes a Connie after January, since I decided the Eclipse still serves as a Stealth Scout and didn't turn it into an Aquilla. :) Oh that is a Scoundrel Pack, a Talon and a Referral bonus Merlin, so all LTI. :) (With a Nox Kue, and two Nox 2 packs in buy back. :) )

Terrapin, should I keep it or CCU to an Endeavor

This IAE Igot myself down to two Carrier birds, the Hawk and the Eclipse. Fortunately the Eclipse has two Quantum Fuel tanks so has reasonable range. If I didn't think I needed a Stealth Scout, I would probably CCU it.

Terrapin, should I keep it or CCU to an Endeavor

One key thing to think about is Quantum range. Right now, not a big deal, while we are limited to Stanton. Once the Verse opens up, that stat becomes much more important. It depends on how much solo exploration you wish to do. I would think the Freelancer DUR or Constellation Aquilla would be...

Terrapin, should I keep it or CCU to an Endeavor

More like a scout ship for a base or carrier. The only thing a Terrapin does better is it is a solo ship.

Is the Perseus useful to the org?

The turrets on the 600 are pairs of Size 3 guns.

Is the Perseus useful to the org?

Absolutely. They each serve a support role in a larger task force. Neither serves well as a lone patrol ship or as the centerpiece of a small task force.

Is the Perseus useful to the org?

Now in a Squadron, a Polaris or two at the center, 2 to four of these and 4-6 Hammerheads, with the Hammerheads on the perimeter, would be a nasty customer.

Is the Perseus useful to the org?

It comes down to how many torps can you engage in that less than 3 second window. A Retaliator should make you sweat. Four Eclipses or a Polaris should make you sweat rather uncomfortably. A pair of coordinated Talis should induce panic.
