Well I have an actual office and 10K square feet of shelves with records stored on them. All of this is in a basement and no one else has anything down there so I'm literally going to be alone most of the time unless someone comes to get something. This is why I need SOTS8.

If given the opportunity, I will gladly blow up all the engines of a Hull and then leave. The other person then has to call for help and somehow get the cargo off the damaged ship and then still transport it.
