I would say if you have a lot of resources invested in The Game Channel it may be worth perceiving with it or working out what it is worth and if thats worth letting go of... for instance, if you have a URL with "The Game Channel" in it, that's going to be worth a fair bit to you to let go...

An excellent plan, as long as they don't make the process too complicated by needing something stupid like rare element Unobtainum to do it with you may be on to a sustainable funding model for the division. If we can fund ourselves or even turn a profit we'd be a less of weight on the Org.
