You guys put a lot of stock in NPC crew. Knock yourself out, there's no reason you can't theorycraft around that. But my advice is, buy the cheapest ship you can now, that will give you the game play you want right now. You can upgrade later. It also avoids some of the pointed questions...

What @Lorddarthvik wrote about is true. Even the technology we have now hasn't been stretched to its maximum. The next gen from these gaming headsets is already in development, and what they can do even now, will blow most people away. This isn't 10 years out either, it's on our doorstep.
