    In which I should stop...

Gawd. I want to disagree because Canadian breweries can make good beer ... but Molson...isn't my favorite.

    Favorite Mid-Size Base Ship(not variants)?

The Vanguard variants certainly do present strong missile defence options. I love the ship. Yes it can be defeated, the idea behind this kind of ship is to travel in squadron defensive formations, with other ships - including an escort. Execute standoff attacks in support of another attack...

Which ships to learn the new flight model?

Uh. Just be warned that if we end up in the same PTU instance, I am currently a flight hazard.

    Kerbal Space Program ???

Scale in space, is something people do not really comprehend. KSP is a great way to learn it and I love what you're doing with it.

    CIG / Crytek

Heh, that is why I like working 40 straight. Starting somewhere between 24 and 32 hours. and lasting as long as you stay awake after that, is a period where you can see through the wisdom of the world, make amazing discoveries, and totally screw up your chances of promotion for the next year.

    Favorite Mid-Size Base Ship(not variants)?

I have to say I like the idea of the Vanguard as well, but not it's current firepower. I had a decision to make this past Fall, and single purpose fighters did not win.

Which ships to learn the new flight model?

You got good advice here. Get in game first, fly a few ships, figure out in something more than theory what you're going to like. Have beer. Fck, sounds like the perfect life to me. Oh. Have some burnt meat, and potatoes too.

    Whoooaaaa, we're halfway there!

Keep in mind, these two games, plus Star Citizen have elements in them that I think would combine to make a fantastic space exploration, economy and combat game. None of them have all 3 parts. No CIG does not have the right idea yet, but they're kind of beating around the area they need to...

    Whoooaaaa, we're halfway there!

I was wrong about 21 games, it was 23. In this post: https://testsquadron.com/threads/3-0-schedule-update-291bugs-tasks.11945/page-2#post-218020 at the very bottom of the long ass page is this: Infinity: Battlescape, the oldest of the 23, which may actually have been the inspiration for most...

    Funny video

Kid who won the competition? I dunno, he's 15. From Florida. He won $7,000. Not bad for a kid, that contest has over 3/4 of a million college and high school entries. They're selected from a certification exam... Wait a sec. How much do you figure the certification exam costs? How long...

    Whoooaaaa, we're halfway there!

Yep. You would be surprised. I don't count companies that have already published a game, so things like Elite etc aren't counted. In mid 2017, I pared down my personal list from 21 to 3 games that were worth following. Star Citizen as one, and since it was still 2.6 or whatever... was not...

[Video] - Gimbal assist arguments continue

Well said, your hole post! The other thing CIG is doing that I like is fleshing out other game play elements. It's not just about combat, they are also putting in place elements of an in game economy, kind of the "reason for the combat" as we might have to compete a little for resources. That...
