Just to elaborate on what marcsand2 said, the basic hull insurance (the one that comes with every ship and package, and by extension LTI) covers the hull and the default equipment of the ship. Every other weapon or equipment must be additionally insuranced.

I have a couple Super Hornets available, but as Gearen said, it will be on sale again during the next anniversary sale. Then, you can buy a CCU and upgrade your current ship, it will be way cheaper that way.
